At the Lagos Startup Week, 2022, stakeholders, startup teams, and tech enthusiasts from Africa and beyond gathered to explore What's Next. The event was a massive success but there’s been an unanticipated success since we closed the curtains on LSW, 2022. 

What happened post-LSW 22?

Big wins for the ecosystem and our partners nor exhibitors have been spared. Our partners have announced further rounds of Investments - from seed to series to getting backed by Google, and we anticipate more success to come. 
 
You can say the W in LSW stands for Wins.

  • The @AfricanUnion AU Innovating Education in Africa Call invites innovators to propose new and practical education innovations with the potential for sustainability, scalability and replication on a wide scale. Apply Here
  • Compete for a $100,000 climate tech grand prize. ClimaTech is running a competition for tech brains addressing the most pressing climate challenges on the road to COP27. There will be 10 shortlisted candidates, a special grand prize of $100,000, a top African startup prize of $50,000 and the third prize of $25,000. (Sept. 22)

  • The AYuTe Africa Challenge Nigeria 2022 is now open to early and growth-stage agritech businesses in Nigeria. Young Nigerians using technological innovation to address smallholder farmer challenges can apply to get up to $10,000 in prizes. Apply by September 16.
